What is a session ?

A session is when a user/customer, is opening a manual of yours, and browsing it. This usually involves opening the manual URL and interacting with the Chatbot.

What happens when I go over the sessions limit ?

The limit for “Starter” is a 1000 sessions, and for “Professional” it’s 5000. Once you go over the sessions of that month, you opt for a second package.

Example: you subscribed to “Starter”. This month you used 1500 instead of 1000 sessions, the bill comes at 2 “Starter” subscriptions, i.e. 100 € instead of 50 €.

What’s the difference between smart support and agent support ?

Smart support, is the chatbot handling your support tickets for you based on the information provided in the manual.

Agent ticketing, is the chatbot assigning hard tickets to humans to deal with, in a chat interface inside of our platform. Agents can chat directly with the customers, and mark tickets as resolved or not.
